The Sims Social Vacation Homes: Everything you need to know
By now, we imagine the lot of you are already lounging in your Sim's new Vacation Home in Littlehaven Shores. While it's been nearly a week since the biggest feature in The Sims Social yet hit, some of the game's 20 some million monthly players have just stepped foot into their new homes. What do I need to get a Vacation Home?
To be applicable to purchase a vacation home you will need to have completed the following steps:

Click the 'Locations' button once again and then click the 'For Sale' property on the map. You will now be prompted to fulfill the second part of the deal:
Can I pay for Certificates and Contracts?
You can use SimCash to purchase the required Certificates and Contracts to make the process faster, but with a little help from your friends, no SimCash is required.
