CityVille: Take a trip to Japan with new homes and businesses

As the Welcome the World event continues to expand in CityVille, we've now seen the launch of a new Japanese set of items in the game's stores. There are new businesses and homes available (plus much more), on top of the Taki Tower Skyscraper that will give you plenty to work on for days to come. Here's a complete look at the new items that have been released in the store, some of which will only be available for a limited time.

Kanpeki Pagoda (Community Building)

  • Costs: 35 City Cash

  • Allows: 1,100 citizens added to maximum population cap


Hoshi Gate (Decoration)

  • Costs: 18 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 23% to surrounding homes and businesses; extra 23% to Japanese items


Japanese Farm House (Home)

  • Costs: 100,000 coins

  • Population: 350 - 680

  • Rent: 194 coins every four hours


Tranquil Japanese Cabin (Home)

  • Costs: 35,000 coins

  • Population: 220 - 430

  • Rent: 142 coins every two hours


Tokyo Highrise (Home)

  • Costs: 55 City Cash

  • Population: 1,350 - 2,650

  • Rent: 250 coins every eight hours


Koi Wind Catchers (Decorations)

  • Costs: 9 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 6% to surrounding homes and businesses; extra 6% to Japanese items


Suika (Crop)

  • Costs: 5 City Cash per square

  • Produces: 450 Goods per square

  • First Star of Mastery: 3 Harvests


Suzushi Fan Shop (Business)

  • Costs: 50,000 coins

  • Requires: 125 Goods

  • Earnings: 799 coins


Ume House
(Home)

  • Costs: 30,000 coins

  • Population: 200 - 380

  • Rent: 366 coins every 18 hours


Chiyo Center (Community Building)

  • Costs: 50 City Cash

  • Allows: 1,780 citizens added to maximum population cap


Purikura (Decoration)

  • Costs: 25,000 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 5% to surrounding homes and businesses; extra 5% to Japanese items


Washitsu Home (Home)

  • Costs: 20 City Cash

  • Population: 200 - 380

  • Rent: 235 coins every eight hours


Nihon Cabin (Home)

  • Costs: 30 City Cash

  • Population: 280 - 550

  • Rent: 383 coins every 2 days


Electronics Business (Business)

  • Costs: 25 City Cash

  • Requires: 253 Goods

  • Earnings: 1,413 coins


One Leaf Tea Shop (Business)

  • Costs: 60,000 coins

  • Requires: 300 Goods

  • Earnings: 1,626 coins
