Non-GAAP EPS came in at $1.09. The four earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.73 per share on the same basis. GAAP EPS of $1.38 for Q1 were 134% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.59 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 15.4%, 570 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 11.7%, 610 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 8.9%, 550 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $1.01 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.60.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $3.16 billion. The average EPS estimate is $2.69.
The stock has a four-star rating (out of five) at Motley Fool CAPS, with 73 members rating the stock outperform and 12 members rating it underperform.
