Kimco Realty Beats on Revenue, Matches Expectations on EPS

For the quarter, gross margin was 71.4%, 10 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 32.4%, 10 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 19.9%, 350 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $224.4 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.06.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $898.6 million. The average EPS estimate is $0.23.
