Non-GAAP EPS came in at $0.72. The 12 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.68 per share on the same basis. GAAP EPS of $0.52 for Q4 were 1.9% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.53 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 46.7%, 10 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 27.1%, 350 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 14.6%, 20 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
