Spectra Energy Misses on Both Revenue and Earnings

For the quarter, gross margin was 31.0%, 2,560 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 31.0%, 440 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 20.2%, 290 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $1.69 billion. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.57.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $5.75 billion. The average EPS estimate is $1.90.
