CityVille: Ring in the New Year with limited edition items for your city

Are you ready to end 2011 and bring in the new year with a bang? Zynga hopes that "bang" includes spending plenty of money in CityVille, as it has released a new theme of New Year's items in the game's store allowing you to do just that. There's a new crop, homes, decorations and more that are now available, so let's jump right into the full list.

Palatial Palace (Home)

  • Costs: 50 City Cash

  • Population: 2,750 - 5,050

  • Rent: 154 coins every hour


Snowboard Course (Community Building)

  • Costs: 70 City Cash

  • Allows: 5,000 citizens added to max population cap


High End Clothing Shop

  • Costs: 64 City Cash

  • Requires: 425 Goods

  • Earns: 2,176 coins


2012 Sculpture

  • Costs: 11 City Cash

  • Payout bonus: 11%; bonus 11% to New Year's items


Chili Peppers

  • Costs: 2 City Cash per square

  • Harvest Time: Instant

  • Produces: 180 Goods per square


Shiny Chateau (Home)

  • Costs: 45 City Cash

  • Population: 850 - 1,690

  • Rent: 20 coins every five minutes


Metallic Mansion (Home)

  • Costs: 80 City Cash

  • Population: 2,500 - 4,500

  • Rent: 304 coins every hour


Late Night Snack Shop

  • Costs: 20,000 coins

  • Requires: 260 Goods

  • Earns: 1,445 coins


Space Age Cottage (Home)

  • Costs: 55,000 coins

  • Population: 260 - 500

  • Rent: 19 coins every five minutes


Partygoers

  • Costs: 27 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 27%; extra 27% to New Year's items


High Tech House

  • Costs: 95,000 coins

  • Population: 340 - 670

  • Rent: 314 coins every day


Romantic Resolution

  • Costs: 10,000 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 2%; extra 2% to New Year's items


Personally, I would be shocked if we didn't see at least one more set of New Year's themed items released in the store before all is said and done, but we'll make sure to let you know when any new items (regardless of theme) launch it the store as soon as we can.
