CityVille Let's Go Sledding Goal: Everything you need to know

Typically, goals in CityVille fall into one of two categories: they're either part of a larger goal series, or are single Timed Goals that challenge you to finish tasks as fast as you can for greater rewards. For the Christmas season however, a new singular goal has launched in the game that doesn't have a standard time limit. It sees the Stumpfords taking a family trip out to a large sledding hill in the park, where Dad Stumpford hopes to teach the kids how to slide down the hill like a pro. Of course, you'll be there every step of the way to help him do it.

Ask for 16 Sleds
Build the Perfect Vacation Home
Collect 80 Winter Clothes

Wait, no one said anything about building a Vacation Home! Apparently, Zynga left that part out of the goal's description, but we can finish it all the same. The Vacation Home in question is the Snowman House, a 3x3 structure that requires four energy to build the frame, and then has you collecting 25 building materials with friends' help. You'll need:

  • 5 Snow Flakes

  • 5 Ice Beds

  • 5 Ice Blocks

  • 5 Ice Chisels

  • 5 Puffy Jackets

The Snow Flakes and Ice Beds come from general news items you'll post on your wall, while the Ice Chisels, Ice Blocks and Puffy Jackets are earned by sending individual requests to friends to help you out. Once the Snowman House is built, it will offer 500 - 2,180 population to your town, and will generate rent at a rate of 399 coins every 2.1 days.

Back in the goal proper, you can collect Winter Clothes by collecting from businesses (they'll appear at random), and can ask for Sleds via a general news post on your wall. Once you finish this goal, you'll receive an appropriate item: the Sledding Hill, a decoration that offers a 27% payout bonus to surrounding items in your town.
