CityVille's Fall theme expands with Cider Manor, Leafy Lodge and more

If you were disappointed by the lack of items released in the first wave of the Fall item theme in CityVille's store, you'll be happy to know that additional items, like homes and businesses, have been released as a way to start your week. You'll now have the ability to purchase even another themed Community Building, if the Agricultural Center didn't do it for you, and as usual, we're here with a complete look at these items to help you prepare for your big shopping trip. Here's what's now available:

Cider Manor (Home)

  • Costs: 70 City Cash

  • Population: 2100 - 4100

  • Rent: 451 coins every 3.1 days


Leafy Lodge (Home)

  • Costs: 55 City Cash

  • Population: 1350 - 2650

  • Rent: 325 coins every day


Referee School (Community Building)

  • Costs: 45 City Cash

  • Allows: 1000 citizens added to max population cap


Squash (Crop)

  • Costs: 4 City Cash per square

  • Harvest Time: Instant

  • Makes: 360 Goods per square

  • First Star of Mastery: 3 Harvests


Pie Bakery (Business)

  • Costs: 30 City Cash

  • Supplies: 265 Goods

  • Earns: 1,468 coins


Turkey Roost (Business)

  • Costs: 40 City Cash

  • Supplies: 305 Goods

  • Earns: 1,648 coins


Retired Raker (Decoration)

  • Costs: 6 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 6% bonus to surrounding homes and businesses; extra 6% to Fall-themed items


Autumn Amphitheater (Decoration)

  • Costs: 27 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 27%; extra 27% to Fall-themed items


Chokeberry Bush (Decoration)

  • Costs: 100 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 2%; extra 2% to Fall-themed items


Maple Sugar Tree (Decoration)

  • Costs: 200 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 4%; extra 4% to Fall-themed items


Leaf Lamp Post (Decoration)

  • Costs: 1,000 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 2%; extra 2% to Fall-themed items


Gingko Tree (Decoration)

  • Costs: 200 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 4%; extra 4% to Fall-themed items


Sweater Shop (Business)

  • Costs: 35,000 coins

  • Supplies: 275 Goods

  • Earns: 1,513 coins


Family RV (Home)

  • Costs: 2,000 coins

  • Population: 70-130

  • Rent: 270 coins every day


Grandma's House (Home)

  • Costs: 45,000 coins

  • Population: 240-480

  • Rent: 19 coins every five minutes


As you can see, this theme has absolutely exploded in the store, with plenty of items for you to spend any saved City Cash on, along with quite a few items available for coins as well (at least a fun business and a couple of homes). As all of these items will only be available for a limited time, if you're one that wants to completely theme their city for the fall-season, you'll want to swap out your green trees for these autumn varieties fast, as you'll always be able to purchase the green trees as replacements, but once these fall-themed trees are gone, there's no guarantee we'll ever see them again.
