How does he do it? Brayzdin's FarmVille farms are always some of the most incredible ones I've seen. Brayzdin himself has been known as a player who loves creating fantastical settings on his farm. You can tell he treats his farm designs more serious than most, not just because of how awesome they are, but because he obviously does some post-production work on his screen captures. Usually, this means taking out the game's graphical interface (such as the level bar and the neighbor menu) and framing his creation in a classy, black border like those of film reels.

Other than those changes, Brayzdin uses real FarmVille items like everyone else. Even if he somehow had all those items copied into Photoshop and digitally cobbled together, his farms would still be visually impressive because they conform to the design rules of the game's universe. Of all the items used in this farm, I'd say the one that totally makes this piece work is the broken drawbridge that's falling off the floating castle. It completely adds to the illusion, even if I'm finding it impossible to identify.

Brayzdin claimed no inspiration for his farm-eating dragon last time, but this farm does make me wonder if he's at least heard of the 1986 anime film, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, which had in turn, gotten its inspiration from Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels.

Can anyone identify that falling drawbridge in the picture? Sound off in the comments.Add Comment
