CityVille: You'll fall in love with new Fall-themed content

It may only be the day after Halloween, but Zynga has immediately jumped into a new theme for Fall. Coincidentally enough, that theme offers Fall-themed content, like leaf piles and scarecrows! As usual, we're here to give you a complete look at what we can only expect to be the first set of items released in the Fall theme. Here's what you can purchase, complete with stats:

Kids Playing Football (Decoration)

  • Costs: 9 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 9% to surrounding homes and businesses; bonus 9% to Fall-themed items


Kids Playing in Leaf Pile (Decoration)

  • Costs: 40,000 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 12% to surrounding homes and businesses; bonus 12% to Fall items


Corn of Plenty (Decoration)

  • Costs: 4,000 coins

  • Payout Bonus: 10% to surrounding homes and businesses; bonus 10% to Fall items



Scarecrow Row (Decoration)

  • Costs: 23 City Cash

  • Payout Bonus: 23% to surrounding homes and businesses; bonus 23% to Fall items


Home Field Advantage (Residence)

  • Costs: 50 City Cash

  • Population: 1,100 - 2,180

  • Rent: 149 coins every two hours


Humble Abode (Residence)

  • Costs: 35 City Cash

  • Population: 350-690

  • Rent: 19 coins every five minutes


As of right now, this selection really doesn't give you much to work with in terms of a complete town overhaul, but if you combine these items with those already available in the store, like the Hay Bale decoration (500 coins) or the Fall Tree (2 City Cash), you can add plenty of personal touches to this themed area in your city while waiting for other items to be released. I would be surprised if we didn't see at least one business released specifically to the theme, for what it's worth, and we'll make sure to let you know if that prediction turns out to be true.
