Golf Course Estate Leaves Trump in the Rough

In what must be a big ouch-in-the-wallet and maybe a little crow-eating, Donald Trump's golf course estate in Rancho Palos Verdes just sold for $7.15 million. The mansion had been listed a year ago at $12 million. So much for expectations, even ones held by a big real estate mogul like Trump.
