Cafe World Halloween Amelia's Treats Goals: Everything you need to know

UPDATE: Zynga has removed the candy requirements from these goals due to growing frustration from players. You'll now see them as "Completed" when you get to those particular goals.

Halloween has finally come to Cafe World in the form of a new eight-part goal series starring Amelia herself. There are plenty of recipes and other themed goodies up for grabs when completing these goals (almost one for every single goal), so we know you're probably thrilled to get started. Without any further ado, here's a complete guide to completing these Halloween goals and receiving your new Treats!

Amelia's Treats 1

  • Place Pumpkin Tree

  • Serve Caramel Apples 25 Times

  • Ask for 2 Trick or Treat Bags


The Pumpkin Tree is one of this year's building projects for the Halloween season, and it requires eight Orange Pumpkins, 12 Black Pumpkins, 10 Spooky Streamers and eight Pumpkin Candles. The Orange Pumpkins and Spooky Streamers are gathered by posting a general news item on your wall, while the other two items are earned through individual gift requests sent to friends.


Meanwhile, Caramel Apples take two hours to prepare, and you can either cook those yourself, or you can ask your friends for free servings to speed up the process. For finishing this first goal, you'll receive the Marshmallow Witches recipe. How cute!

Amelia's Treats 2

  • Serve Marshmallow Witches 30 Times

  • Get 5 Trick or Treat Candy

  • Ask for 8 Candy Bars


The Trick or Treat Candy is but one part of a much larger, second Halloween event currently taking place in Cafe World. This event asks you to collect pieces of candy and serve them to guests (or give them to friends) and then use your accumulated treats to earn prizes. We'll bring you a complete guide to that feature just as soon as we can. Meanwhile, for finishing this second goal, you'll receive Bat Meat and Bones, which appear to be ingredients for use in the Taste Lab.

Amelia's Treats 3

  • Serve a Taste Lab Dish with Bones

  • Place your Halloween Candy Bowl

  • Ask for 10 Candy Corn


Again, the Halloween Candy Bowl deals with the Trick or Treat feature, and is available to place for free from the functional items section in the build menu. As for the Taste Lab Dish, this deals with the Signature Dishes feature, so you'll need to have first placed and completed the building on a DishMaster before you can access the Taste Lab.

Amelia's Treats 4

  • Serve Pumpkin Pie 50 Times

  • Get 8 Trick or Treat Candy

  • Serve Marshmallow Witches 30 Times


Pumpkin Pie takes 12 hours to prepare. For finishing this goal, you'll receive Pumpkin Seeds.

Amelia's Treats 5

  • Serve Jammin' Jelly Donuts 50 Times

  • Serve 30 Bacon and Eggs

  • Get 12 Halloween Lollipops


Jammin' Jelly Donuts take just 20 minutes to prepare, while Bacon and Eggs takes nine hours. For finishing this goal, you'll receive the Cursed Cumin ingredient.

Amelia's Treats 6

  • Serve a Taste Lab Dish with Pumpkin Seeds

  • Get 10 Trick or Treat Candy

  • Ask for 12 Bubblegum


Remember, the cooking time for your Taste Lab dishes will depend on the particular ingredients you combine, with each ingredient adding different amounts of time to the total cooking time. As for finishing this goal, you'll earn the Mummy Dogs recipe for doing so.

Amelia's Treats 7

  • Serve Mummy Dogs 40 Times

  • Ask for 8 Fairy Wands

  • Ask for 8 Bubblegum


For finishing this goal, you'll receive another ingredient: Spiders. Yuck!

Amelia's Treats 8

  • Serve Belgian Waffles 100 Times

  • Get 20 Trick or Treat Candy

  • Ask for 7 Flashlights


This Belgian Waffle task may be different depending on the user, from everything we've seen. If you do have to cook Belgian Waffles, they take two hours to prepare. Once you finish this goal, you'll walk away with Celery Brooms.

As of this writing, we haven't been given a specific time limit for when we'll need to complete these eight goals, but you can imagine that they won't be around forever. If you're currently working on some permanent goals in the game, I'd suggest perhaps putting those to the side in favor of this (supposedly) limited time event. You won't want to miss out on these haunted goodies, would you? UPDATE: It looks like these goals will only be available for 14 days.
