Adventure World Landscaping Contest: Decorate Base Camp for 200 Adventure Cash

While the ability to build, expand and decorate a Base Camp in Adventure World is arguably the game's most useless feature (aside from allowing us to use it to claim Goods and materials like Fuel and Food), Zynga hopes to inspire folks to really get into the decorating spirit this month by throwing an Adventure World Landscaping Contest over on the game's official forums.

This contest is the first of its kind for the game, asking you to simply decorate your Base Camp using any items you currently have access to in the game. There's no theme required, and you can post as many pictures in your entry as you'd like to really show off your stuff. After October 24, grand prize winner will walk away with 200 Adventure Cash, while second and third place winners will each receive 100 and 50 Adventure Cash, respectively.

Unfortunately, this isn't a contest that allows for peer voting (or any voting at all). The Adventure World community/development teams will vote on all of the entries received, and then will choose based on overall presentation and originality. If you do happen to win, keep in mind that your Base Camp images will be shown off to your fellow players on the game's Facebook fan page as well - this is a chance at your 15 minutes of virtual fame, so make sure to take a shot at entering!
