Buy Facebook Credits from Walmart, score sweet The Sims Social items

Sometimes, it's plenty worth it to step foot into a Walmart. EA and Playfish are working with Facebook to grant you some fun exclusive items in The Sims Social. Well, there is one catch: You're gonna' have to buy some Facebook Credits. We know, some of you might cringe at the thought of spending real money on digital products within a free game, but maybe hear the guys out.

From now through Dec. 26, 2011, if you pick up a $15 Facebook Credits gift card from Walmart, you'll receive one of three in-game items of your choice. While we don't know exactly what those items are just yet, we can imagine that they're pretty darn awesome. (Well, you are paying up 15 clams.)

To find a Walmart near you either look out the window, or head over to this page for a store locator. Just type in your zip code and you're good to go. And you'll know exactly which card to buy, because they'll, well, look like that. And what do you know--the Dec. 26, 2011 expiration date on this deal makes these cards quite the nifty stocking stuffer, no?
