Matthew Perry has undoubtedly become his Realtor's BFF. The actor buys, lists, lists some more, and in general has been having a fine old time playing real-life Monopoly. In a housing market that's been on life support for the past two years, Perry is a Realtor's dream come true. And even better for his agent, every time the actor sneezes near the MLS, celebrity real estate writers dutifully report it so there's all this nice free publicity for the transaction.
