If this NoHo place was good enough for our main man in black, it should be good enough for you, right? "MIB" star Will Smith crashed here while filming "Men in Black III," paying a reported $55,000 a month. The 7,300-square-foot unit is now on the market for $19.5 million.

While we aren't seeing the Grammy-winning and Oscar-nominated Smith rushing to buy it -- he and Jada own multiple properties around Los Angeles and Philadelphia (his hometown) -- it still has its appeal and the seller is clearly not above capitalizing on the unit's brush with celebrity.
