Jeremy Piven Buys Mike Piazza's Tribeca Home

Sometimes it feels like celebrities trade homes like baseball cards, which is an appropriate analogy in this case since one of the principals is former Mets slugger Mike Piazza. The New York Post is reporting that "Entourage" star Jeremy Piven (pictured at far left) bought a 6,000-square-foot home in Tribeca that once belonged to Piazza (at left).

The property was listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman for $6.2 million, says The Post, although Piazza's unit first came on the market in 2008 at $6.8 million and was subsequently reduced and then pulled from the listings. The sales price was recorded at $4.58 million, which is hardly a home run.
