A central Florida woman was arrested over the weekend for child neglect in an incident that happened while she was working as a babysitter. But 23-year-old Keyona Davis did not partake in your ordinary dash-over-to-the-boyfriend's-house kind of negligence. Rather, if the charges are proven true, Davis committed an infraction of an entirely different order.
