Cafe World Astounding Expansion for All Goals: Everything you need to know

And the saga of the Astounding Cafe expansion in Cafe World continues... No, you're not seeing things; an entirely new goal series has been added to Cafe World that will allow you to unlock the Astounding Expansion without spending Cafe Cash. As a recap, the expansion was launched in June as part of a bundle costing $35, and then again in July as a single purchase item for 150 Cafe Cash. If you spent money on either of those items specifically to unlock the Astounding Cafe expansion, I won't blame you for being mighty upset right now.

Either way, if you're in the mood to complete a series of new goals, let's take a look at the "Astounding Expansion For All" set, as it's sure to keep you busy for a while. As a quick note, this goal series can and likely will present you with different dishes than those listed here. That's perfectly normal, but we unfortunately can't guarantee which dish you'll be required to cook, so keep that in mind (these are examples).

Astounding Expansion 1

  • Have the Lavish Cafe Expansion

  • Serve 10 Artichoke Dips

  • Ask for 5 Hammers


The Lavish Cafe expansion was previously the largest expansion available, so if you haven't reached it yet, you'll need to reach the 1 million coin mark and unlock it before even being able to begin these goals.

Astounding Expansion 2

  • Serve 20 Beef Skewers

  • Ask for 10 Bricks

  • Ask for 5 Nails


As if we expected anything different, this goal turns the series back to the "norm," of asking your friends for parts while serving dishes as you wait. You know the drill here - just continue cooking and asking your friends for help and you'll eventually pass this one.

Astounding Expansion 3

  • Spice 10 of your Neighbors' Stoves

  • Serve 30 Sweet Potato Souffles

  • Ask for 15 Bricks


Finishing this goal gives you a new recipe: Baklava. It's the first of two recipes you'll unlock in addition to the Astounding Cafe Expansion, so keep that in mind if you need more incentive to push through.

Astounding Expansion 4

  • Master Baklava to Level 1

  • Serve 45 Eggys in Baskets

  • Ask for 15 Hammers


Astounding Expansion 5

  • Mastery Baklava to Level 2

  • Serve 40 Baklava

  • Ask for 15 Nails


Astounding Expansion 6

  • Master Baklava to Level 3

  • Serve 50 Philly Cheesesteaks

  • Ask for 5 Cans of Paint

Finishing this goal completes the Astounding Expansion For All goal series, and also rewards you with the Apple Crumble recipe as another prize. At this point, you'll be able to access the Astounding Cafe expansion, taking you from 15x17 squares to 16x18, and can then set to work buying floor and wall tiles to make the new space match the old. Hopefully we won't have to wait so long for another expansion to come around.
