CityVille's Build Menu gets honest with itself, becomes the Market Place

Finally, Zynga has come to terms with what the Build Menu in CityVille truly is: an in-game store. In an update that's slowly rolling out to players, the Build Menu in the game has been overhauled to look more like the Market in FarmVille.

In other words, it looks much more like an in-game store than a menu to click through. For instance, when players open up the new Market Place, a much larger window appears rather than the bar that used to crawl up from the bottom of the screen.

The first thing players will see within that window are specials that the game has to offer like limited edition items, new features like the Go Karts and, of course, City Cash offers. Below that, the new Market Place will feature the best-selling items.

Your normal buttons for finding items within categories is now above the featured items. More importantly, next to that is a search bar, which will allow you to find anything in the game's available items directly. It's official, I want the search feature in every Zynga game ... ever.
