Your Hoops Fix: Basketball Celebs on the Move
Nobody may be moving down the court in the NBA these days, but they certainly have been moving around the country.
Just a few weeks ago, Lakers coach Mike Brown closed escrow on a 9,500-square-foot house in Anaheim Hills, which as The Orange County Register astutely observed, he now has more time to enjoy thanks to the NBA lockout. And it's a pretty nice place to hang in, with a 350-gallon aquarium to look at as well as a training and massage room, a saltwater pool and spa, waterslide, grotto, swim-up table and a lighted tennis court.
And while we don't envy his commute to the Staples Center -- assuming he gets to make it again this season -- we do value his negotiating skills on the 15-room Mediterranean (pictured above). It was listed at one point at $4.5 million and he paid just $3 million.
