Helen Mirren's Hollywood Hills House for Lease

The 66-year-old Helen Mirren may have a body that beat out J Lo's and Elle MacPherson's in an LA Fitness poll, but when it comes to being a landlord, she's stuck in the morass of the housing market just like everyone else.

Mirren is hoping to fetch $40,000 a month for her five-bedroom Mediterranean that has 6,699 square feet. The six-acre estate in the Hollywood Hills even has a bit of history: It once belonged to Dustin Farnum, Cecil B. DeMille's first great discovery.
