FarmVille Vineyard Animals: Maremmano Horse and Alpine Dairy Goat

Here we go farmers: some of the first new animals with Animal Mastery included have been launched in the FarmVille marketplace, and they happen to be included in the Vineyard limited edition item theme. The Alpine Dairy Goat is a big XP earner, offering you 1400 experience points for purchasing one for 14 Farm Cash. In terms of animal mastery, the first star is received after four harvests (you can harvest the animal once every three days).

For horse lovers, you can purchase the Maremmano Horse instead, at a higher price of 26 Farm Cash. Even if you're not interested in mastering the Horse (the first star comes at just two harvests), you'll still have a chance of breeding the horse in your Horse Stable to receive a Maremmano Foal.

With so many animals (including those horses that were recently re-released) available to master under the new Animal Mastery system, I can definitely see both sides of the argument for whether or not to give these guys a purchase. Big item collectors will of course never choose to miss out on limited edition animals, but for the more casual player, they may wish to finish their current masteries on all available animals before adding even more to their plate. Regardless of the category you fall into, you'll have the next two weeks to make a purchase. Hopefully, your inner demons will have set you free by that time.
