Joel Madden's Oh-So-Sedate House for Rent

Back in 2004, Joel Madden (then Joel Ryan Combs) plopped down his $1.8 million and bought this house in Glendale, Calif., not a community frequented by celebs. Then along came love, along came marriage, and along came Nicole Richie pushing a baby carriage or two.

Left out was this 4,800-square-foot Glendale house, which apparently has been rented for a while. Madden, lead singer for Good Charlotte, now is apparently looking for a new tenant to pay $5,950 a month.
