Chris Colfer: 'Glee'-ful About Becoming a Homeowner?

Chris Colfer, the actor who plays Kurt Hummel on the ever-popular "Glee" -- hey, they have to graduate some time, don't they? -- just bought himself a 2,462 square foot not-very-exciting house in Los Angeles.

Maybe he got a bargain at $860,000? Certainly the gay teenage character he plays is more interesting than the house he chose to buy. The three-story hillside home is in the Laurel Canyon area and sold two years ago for $1,232,000. It was lost to foreclosure by those buyers.

The public rooms on the main level are open and have light wood floors. There is a fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead to two decks.
