Cafe World Grandma's Cook-Off Catering Order: Everything you need to know

Updated

While we've been covering Grandma's Lost Recipes for a while now in Cafe World, time has quickly been ticking away, and it's now time to help Grandma win her bridge cook-off in a new Catering Order. The order, coincidentally enough, is called "Grandma's Cook-Off," and it requires you to serve a whopping four dishes, along with collect two sets of collectible items, all to win another lost recipe at the end (that is, if you're fast enough).

The cooking tasks ask you to serve Collard Greens and Bacon 500 times, Grandma's Famous Meatloaf 30 times, Corn Flake Chicken 120 times, and Choco-Scotch Clusters 60 times. While some of these particular totals may not sound like a lot, when combined, you're looking at serving 710 dishes! Even if you had tons of spices, and tons of bonus servings just waiting to be served out of your Gift Box, that's still no easy feat, especially if you're on your own. You'll be able to bring 18 of your friends in on the catering order with you, thankfully enough, so with enough effort from some good friends, you may be able to finish these cooking tasks on time.

In addition to all of the cooking, you'll need to collect eight each of Sampler Forks and Sampler Dishes, which actually seems like an incredibly simple task, considering all of the cooking you'll need to do as well. Either way, if you're able to finish this goal within the first five days of starting it, you'll receive the three-star rating, 12 Catering Points, 3,200 Cafe Points, 70,000 coins and the exclusive Fruit and Jelly Mold. If you can't finish within five days, you'll have a chance at either the two or one star rating (the one start rating not having a time limit), but won't be able to walk away with the new recipe.

There's no word yet on whether or not this catering order is temporary, or if we'll have it available to finish permanently, so keep that in mind when deciding whether or not to put it off.
