Mohawk Industries (NYS: MHK) met its estimates last quarter, but investors hope that it will beat them this quarter. The company will unveil its latest earnings Thursday. Mohawk Industries is a producer of floor covering products for residential and commercial applications in the United States and residential applications in Europe.

Analysts don't like Mohawk Industries as much as competitor Interface overall. Three out of seven analysts rate Interface a buy compared with four of 13 for Mohawk Industries. Mohawk Industries' rating hasn't changed over the past three months.

  • Revenue Forecasts: On average, analysts predict $1.45 billion in revenue this quarter. That would represent a rise of 3.6% from the year-ago quarter.

  • Wall Street Earnings Expectations: The average analyst estimate is earnings of $0.93 per share. Estimates range from $0.89 to $0.98.
