Anna Nicole Smith's 'Reality' House For Sale
Four years after her death, the Studio City, Calif., home of Anna Nicole Smith has come on the market at $1,750,000, according to Trulia.
Smith has been a tragic figure of epic tabloid proportions -- a blonde bombshell married to a oil tycoon 62 years her senior, her own death from a drug overdose, her son's death and the subsequent custody battle over one very rich infant daughter.
And here's the real kicker: Her former house is a relatively normal affair whereas pretty much nothing else in her life appeared to be.
Sure, there is still a larger-than-life portrait of The Misunderstood One in the entry way and the title is held in the name of her lawyer who was initially charged in connection with her death until a judge tossed the charges. It was also the house where Smith filmed her reality TV show. (View a video excerpt below.)
The 4,700-square-foot contemporary Mediterranean was built in 2001. It has a dramatic two-story entry, hardwood and marble floors, a wrought iron staircase railing, open floor plan, formal living and dining rooms, a pool, nice decks and a spa. And to the best of our knowledge, no tour buses stop here, which we can't say about O.J.'s former street.
The Teri Pacitto Group, Westlake Village, has the listing.
