Weingarten Realty Investors is a real estate investment trust whose business include leasing space to tenants in the shopping and industrial centers and also manage centers for joint ventures.

Revenue Forecasts: On average, analysts predict $138.3 million in revenue this quarter. That would represent a decline of 0.3% from the year-ago quarter.
Wall Street Earnings Expectations: The average analyst estimate is earnings of $0.32 per share. Estimates range from $0.28 to $0.44.

The community is of two minds on the stock with 54.5% Fools giving it an "outperform" rating and 45.5% an "underperform" rating. Weingarten Realty Investors' bearish CAPS rating of one out of five stars falls short of the Fool community sentiment.
