As if homebuyers didn't have enough advantages already in today's housing market, new apps for their mobile phones are making it easier and less time-consuming to search for a place. With a few finger taps, a smartphone's GPS can bring up the exact locations of available properties, then enable the buyer to get a virtual tour, instantly call a seller's agent, and download the dates of open houses to a phone's calendar.
