Getting Real With Dr. Phil: He Lists a Beverly Hills Home

Phil McGraw -- a.k.a. "Dr. Phil" -- just listed a Beverly Hills home for $6,250,000. In April, McGraw sold another Beverly Hills house for $12 million that had been listed at $16.5 million.

Just last summer, he and wife Robin bought a third Beverly Hills home for $29.5 million. We guess it doesn't get any realer than owning three homes in Beverly Hills at once. Just wondering how that's been working out for him....

The house that just came on the market was built in 2006 and sold to the McGraws in 2007 for an undisclosed price, public records indicate. [UPDATE: The McGraws' son lives in it.] It has a long gated driveway and the house can't be seen from the road. The Mediterranean -- and all of Dr. Phil's homes here have been Mediterraneans -- has a sweeping stairwell and grand entryway. The 6,980-square-foot house has five bedrooms and a stone-tile-designed master bathroom. There is a theater-style family room that opens to the chef's kitchen. The home has a formal dinning room and living room, which opens to a resort-style yard that has a pool, spa, and outdoor living and dining areas.

William Dolan of Hilton & Hyland Real Estate, Beverly Hills, has the listing, according to the MLS.
