The home has a copper roof, is made of natural stone and has massive timber framing. There is a detached 2,200-square-foot guesthouse with two bedrooms, and an extra 1,000-square-foot recreation building with a sauna, gym and poker-playing room.
The property also has a pool, an equestrian facility, restored 1920s-vintage red barn and parking for seven cars. Stream, ponds and spectacular views dot the 80 acres.
The property was listed back in 2008 at $12 million and a year later reduced to $9.99 million. Last year, he rolled it back to $7,995,000.
