The Onion: FarmVille pacified 85 million people during record unemployment
The ever vigilant Onion News Network recently ran a breaking news piece on how the CIA's 'Facebook' program has drastically cut the agency's costs and gives bulk of the credit to decorated agent Mark 'The Overlord' Zuckerberg.
One of Facebook's most successful programs? FarmVille, which the 'CIA credited with pacifying as many as 85 million people after unemployment rates rose dramatically."
Of course, if you're at all amiliar with the ONN, you know that this entire story is an elaborate ruse (no, Facebook and Zuckerberg are not part of the CIA, et al), but you have to admit -- both the Facebook privacy and FarmVille commentary certainly falls under the "funny cuz it's true" category of humor.
