Katy Perry, Russell Brand List Home at $3,395,000

Singer Katy Perry and her comedian-actor husband, Russell Brand, have listed their four-bedroom home in the hip Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.395 million. The celebrity couple purchased the 1922 Mediterranean in 2009 for $3.25 million.

So is this just a case of reading their own press to the exclusion of news on the real estate page? Apparently Perry and Brand did some renovations (including installing a vintage pink refrigerator in the remodeled kitchen) that justify - at least in their own minds - asking more than they paid, even though the housing market has continued its drive south since their time of purchase.

One big thing in their favor: Los Feliz is hot, hot, hot. Other celebs who live there include "Black Swan's" Natalie Portman and Katie Heigl, who stars in "Grey's Anatomy."
