Charlie Sheen Plunks Down $7 Million on New House

Bad-boy actor Charlie Sheen just closed on a Beverly Hills house belonging to "Black Swan" producer Mike Medavoy, according to sources. The MLS records the home's sale for $6,999,999. It had been listed at $7,495,000 just months after Medavoy bought it in September 2010 for $6 million.

The 9,000-square-foot house should be big enough for Sheen and his family entourage, but it's not known whether he plans on moving in himself or still hopes to install one of his ex-wives and/or baby mamas -- most of whom prefer communicating with him through lawyers -- in the two-story Mediterranean. Oh, to be a fly on that wall come Father's Day.
