Jakob Dylan Lists Malibu Compound at $4,150,000

Like a rolling stone--oh wait, that's his dad--Jakob Dylan has just listed his gated Malibu home for $4,150,000. That's a price drop from an earlier listing of $4,450,000. Dylan, through a blind trust, bought the house in 2008 for a recorded price of $3,350,000.

The property, a ranch home on 1.3 flat acres, is within walking distance of the beach. Built originally in 1957, the four-bedroom home is fully remodeled, with a new kitchen and hardwood floors. The secluded setting is about as private as one would expect a Dylan to demand.
