Paris Hilton's Former Rooms for Rent at $20K a Month

The 3,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills home once owned by Paris Hilton--and sold furnished, right down to her life-size portrait--now is available for lease at $20,000 a month.

Mauricio Umansky, the Beverly Hills listing agent for the lease (and Paris' uncle), says the current owner is a Texas attorney who used the house periodically before deciding to rent it out. The house remains "very Paris," Umansky says.

What does being "very Paris" mean? Judging from the photo gallery below, it's shorthand for interiors decorated in black and white, with beaded walls in the family room. One bedroom was converted into a walk-in closet to accommodate her wardrobe changes; a second bedroom served as a security control room. The home, built in 1926, also has a pool, Jacuzzi and waterfall.

Hilton purchased the four-bedroom house in 2004 for $2.9 million, according to the Wall Street Journal, and is believed to have sold it for about $3.85 million in 2007.
