Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford Lists in Hollywood at $1.3 Million

Here's some gossip: Kelly Rutherford, who plays Serena's socialite mother Lily van der Woodsen on the hit show "Gossip Girl," just listed her two-bedroom West Hollywood home for $1,299,000. The Spanish bungalow, on one of WeHo's coolest streets, is also being offered for lease at $4,995 unfurnished or $5,995 furnished.

As you can see from the pix below, the cozy home has been updated; the living room has a fireplace and opens onto the skylit dining room. There are lots of built-ins in the gourmet kitchen, along with limestone counters and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. The property has a deck with an outdoor bar and built-in barbecue and is surrounded by tropical gardens.

Rutherford also played Stephanie "Sam" Whitmore on "Generations" and Megan Lewis on "Melrose Place."
