If it feels like we've been down this road before, we have, but this time we must agree with the Daily News's report that actress Jennifer Aniston is ready to commit...to a West Village penthouse. Rumors have been swirling for weeks that Aniston is the buyer of celebrity hairstylist Sally Hershberger's terrace-tastic pre-war pad atop 299 West 12th Street (above) in the West Village. But that didn't seem to make total sense because Hershberger's place, asking $5.9 million, has just one bedroom, and surely a megaceleb needs at least that much space just for her shoes. Ah, but there's a plot twist!
