This promotion is with SOCOM 4 (a military shooter) on the PS3, and it has you adding the SOCOM 4 Teammate Finder app to your profile on Facebook.

The SOCOM 4 Teammate Finder app allows you to create a team or clan name for multiplayer gameplay in SOCOM 4 on the PS3, but you can create entirely random information if you're just out to get some free Farm Cash.
