Texas congressman Ron Paul, a potential presidential candidate, is preparing for a move to a new house. He used Facebook to announce Thursday that his 5,500-square-foot Lake Jackson, Tex., house is up for sale for $325,000.

He has owned the 4-bedroom, 5-bath home for 42 years. With a Zestimate of $217,000, the home has an office with built-in book shelves, there is a formal dining room, a family room, living room and a craft room. See photos of the house. With a two-car garage and swimming pool, the home is about a 50-minute drive to Houston.
