Tatum O'Neal Lists NY Condo for $1.5M

A former child star, Tatum O'Neal of The Bad News Bears and daughter of Ryan O'Neal, has put her 2-bedroom, 2-bath New York condo on the market for $1.495 million. (See photos.)That's only about $69,000 more than what she paid for it in 2006, according to the Real Estalker.

The 47-year-old O'Neal, who was a young Best Supporting Actress Academy Award winner in 1974 for her role in Paper Moon opposite her daddy, was once arrested nearby her mezzanine level pad for allegedly purchasing crack cocaine. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in connection with the arrest.
