Zynga elects DreamWorks CEO to board of directors; don't Shrek it up

A new bigwig has joined the, well, other bigwigs at Zynga. Jeffrey Katzenberg is his name, and movies like Shrek and Kung Fu Panda are his game. The DreamWorks CEO has joined the likes of Zynga CEO Mark Pincus, LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, Kleiner Perkins partner Bing Gordon, investor Brad Feld and Zynga COO Owen Van Natta to become its sixth member, Mashable reports. Mark Pincus, whose company is said to be worth $10 billion, praised Katzenberg in his company blog.
