Kourtney Kardashian Buys in Calabasas, Calif.

Kourtney Kardashian may be uncomfortable with kissing scenes, but she knows a good house deal when she sees one. The reality-TV starlet, the oldest of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians sisters, scooped up a 5,334-square-foot home in Los Angeles's Calabasas neighborhood for a mere $1.7 million. The University of Arizona theater arts graduate and her baby-daddy, Scott Disick, are already settled in. He's even filming YouTube videos from the back balcony (See video below). The two, who actually purchased the home together, are rumored to be in the midst of pitching a spin-off reality show of their own in this very house, according to Move.com.

So will Kourtney and Scott finally tie the knot? Although she is denying engagement rumors, a sneak peek at the April 3 season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, (seen below) Disick is seen ring shopping and broaching the topic with his love.
