Actor-director Ben Stiller, who is all settled with wife and kids in suburban Westchester, N.Y., while he gears up for his April opening with Edie Falco in the Broadway revival of The House of Blue Leaves, has put his Los Angeles estate on the market for $11.495 million, down from a previous listing of $12.5 million.

This son of comedic legends Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara told David Letterman last week that he "sort of believes in ghosts" and that he did once see a female apparition in a white gown in his new home. It turned out to be his mother-in-law, he joked. (See video below.)

However, this star of "Little Fockers," -- the third film in the "Meet the Fockers" series -- says his father did appear on the Biography channel's "Celebrity Ghost Stories" to relive a supposedly haunted Nantucket home his parents rented when he was a boy.

Luckily for the prospective buyers of his 5,334-square-footer in the Outpost Estates neighborhood of L.A., the 45-year-old Stiller has at least never spotted any apparitions there. (See the home in our photo gallery.)
