  • Shaping Beauty Inc. recalled its Celerite Slimming Tea because it contained the appetite suppressant Sibutramine that wasn't listed in the ingredients on the label, said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The weight loss tea was sold online. Consumers can return the tea to Shaping Beauty. Consumers can call the company at (800) 778-2850 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

  • Lasko Products Inc. recalled 4.8 million of its box fans after seven reports of fires, including two in houses and one in a barn.
