Soap Star Sells Remodeled Home in Less Than a Week
can tell you that when you price a house right, it can sell fast, even in this economy. The former Bold and the Beautiful soap star put his Los Angeles home on the market for $1.15 million on March 10, reports the Real Estalker, and had it under contract and in escrow four days later.
As a newlywed, he purchased the three-bedroom, three-bath home (see 12 gallery photos) for $995,000 in 2002 when he was playing the role of teen-ager Rick Forrester on the soap -- a character that's been played by a different actor since Torkildsen left the show in 2006.
