Kevin Nealon Unloads Condo After Upgrade to New Home

Former Saturday Night Live cast member Kevin Nealon and his wife, Susan Yeagley, recently sold a two-bed, two-bath condo in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Studio City for $440,000, according to BlockShopper.

The 1,230-square-foot third-floor penthouse in a 2007-built building has granite counter tops in the kitchen, cherry-finished cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a balcony off of the dining area and the common areas include a roof top deck with patio furniture.
