FarmVille Sneak Peek: Shire Horse, Shire Foal, Short Hair Cat, & Brown Dutch Rabbit

A quartet of new animals look to be launching in FarmVille in the near future, although it isn't clear exactly whether or not these animals will be releasing in the original farm, the upcoming English Countryside expansion, or both. We have our guesses, but for now things are up in the air.

Two of these animals, the Shire Horse and the Shire Foal, clearly go hand in hand. Our guess is that the Shire Foal will be made available either as an animal to purchase from the store, or as a Mystery Game prize. You'll then place the Shire Horse in your Horse Stable and will, in theory, be able to breed it for a Shire Foal.

The other two animals aren't as straightforward, and could be made available in the game in any number of ways (although our money still lies with Mystery Game or store releases). They are the gray Short Hair Cat and the Brown Dutch Rabbit. Rabbits and Cats aren't two of the most readily available animals in the game (that is, horse and cow lovers would have much larger collections than cat or rabbit collectors, as examples), so we'll be excited to see how these animals are made available in the future.
